• 300 g dried egg lasagna sheet
• ½ small red onion, peeled and cut into finely sliced
• 600 ml of half-fat milk
• Sprig of fresh parsley
• A bit of nutmeg
• 6 black peppercorns
• 35 g unsalted butter
• 50 g flour
• 70 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated

1. Cook sauce of bolognase by adding a good handle of olive oil to the big casserole skillet over medium heat.
